A new post....after how long?

I guess i will gripe about something, if only to get something down. That is, the switching back and forth of the language feature between Can french, multi, and U.S. english standard.... where is the Canadian language that uses words like Cheque instead of check, and various others, yet keeps the "?" instead of the É character? What the hell is that?.......
