Do you get stressed over mutimedia?

As it goes, stress had been mostly absent from my mind, but it does show its face in regards to media. As it goes, I'm the least stressed of all the people I know, but I have my downfall. I've gotten mad, frustrated, beat, angry and bitter when things of a computerized nature doesn't go my way. Now, that sounds worse that it is, but it is an area which needs work. In fact the amount of blogs dealing with computer stress numbers is 356,745 articles and growing. Whether its been becuase of lack of knowledge for some precise decisions, worry of deadlines in a fast-paced environment or its the work space and the people that inhabit it thats troubling you, something must be able to calm your mind. Think of how you could better complete your tasks free from overloading on code, design, or production. It easy to say that to deal with that stress is to do an alternate activity, hobby or otherwise but there are a few physical excersizes that can relieve your physicall body and mind to open up with other ideas, which you may need in dealing with either stress-sets or more that I mentioned above. Whether its using tennis, go jogging or stretch with yoga to affect your physical self, you may need something to get the mind off your work for even ten minutes. You may rejoin the work scenario and even be able to see your problems from a different point of view, leading you to deal with them in a more professional manner. What ever the case, you've got many doors that can be opened, and it may be neccessary to do something in your situation.
